The Year in Review.

1. What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?
road trip <3
2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I think so. All except for two, one of which was to be a pescetarian which I gave up on after three weeks, and the other one was dumb anyway and not worth following! And yes, I made one for this year. requires a bit of effort though.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My cousin
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.
5. What countries did you visit?
just this one. but i went to looots of new states that i haven’t been to before!
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
a college degree. haha.
7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
March 3rd. The why part is only important to me and maybe one other person.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
um. getting almost all As spring semester. getting the most wonderful boyfriend ever. writing better songs/getting better at music in general.
9. What was your biggest failure?
i’m not sure. i guess not applying myself to things as much as i should
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
nope just colds and stuff
11. Name one person you met this year who made you think differently:
i don’t know if anyone really made me think differently. if anything, i made myself think differently.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
dunno
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
a few friends, nothing major, mostly just made me disappointed.
14. what was your most expensive purchase?
summer class. ugh.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
steve. the road trip. steve again. haha.

berlin and willimantic. windham after my dad moved.

iii. richer or poorer? uh maybe richer by like a couple hundred dollars lol

20. How did you spend Christmas?
at home doing nothing. went to the movies with kate and evan at night.
21. Did you move anywhere this year?
no. my dad did, but i only live with him during school so doesn’t really count.
22. Did you fall in love in 2009?
i would say so

lol. my birthday party, of course.
24. What was your favorite TV program?
house!
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
nope. no point in hating people.
26.What was your favorite film of this year?
ummmmmm i only went to the movies like three times in 2009. i guess blindside was the best one that i saw.
27. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
sat around the house doing nothing. went to the movies with kate and evan. next day went to the casino with michelle because i’m 21 and can do things like that now.
28. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
if march-june just kept repeating over and over for the whole year

30. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
none of them?
31. Who was the best new person you met?
um. ben and andrew and tom and nathan. not sure if i met anyone else new.
32. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009:
i shouldn’t blame myself for everything. it’s possible for people to be geniunely good. love might actually exist.

1. pizza: well i had deep dish pizza in chicago so probably that.

4. movie: i don’t watch many movies

6. experience: road trip, being with steve
7. concert: these arms are snakes. the two fucked up concerts, just because of the epic trips that they entailed going from storrs to brooklyn in a van/train. vivian girls because i booked it. hah.
8. book: i dont think i read anything that came out last year. the sound and the fury was the best thing i read though.

hopes for 2010:
1. predict something that you think will happen in 2010: i will hopefully get some sort of real job and not have to make grinders for a living anymore.
2. what do you hope changes about your country?: i hope it will suck significantly less. would be nice for the recession to end.
3. what do you hope for yourself?: to do well my last semester at school, and to not have any regrets or things that i wish i had done differently (and to fix the things i wish i had done differently from last year)
4. what do you hope for your family?: i hope my brother gets into college and my mom gets a better job. and that my dad starts working full time again.
5. what do you hope for your friends?: for them to figure themselves out, and not make dumb decisions that make me question if i have any faith in humanity
